How many files can I process in a single batch?
Batch Processing is designed for high-volume workloads. You can process large batches of files in a single execution — the cloud infrastructure handles the scaling.
Does my browser need to stay open during batch processing?
No. Once you submit a batch, processing happens asynchronously on pdfAssistant's cloud infrastructure. You can close your browser and come back when processing is complete.
How do I know when my batch is done?
pdfAssistant notifies you when processing is complete and provides a download link for all processed files.
What happens if a file in the batch fails?
Errors are handled at the individual file level. If one file fails, the rest of the batch continues processing. You'll see a report showing which files succeeded and which need attention.
Can I use Batch Processing with any Workflow?
Yes. Any saved Workflow can be applied to a batch of files. Create the Workflow once in AI Studio, then reuse it across any number of batches.
